KeyReply was founded in 2014. KeyReply builds specialist Artificial Intelligence powered virtual assistants for enterprises to automate conversations for customer support and marketing. As a market leader in Asia, KeyReply supports multiple Asian languages to help companies scale up regional operations. To enhance companies' internal productivity, KeyReply has also worked on bots to support human resources, and to help employees navigate complex policy documents.
System integration is important. We work closely with partners such as IBM Watson, Cisco and Zendesk to ensure compatibility and minimise hiccups. KeyReply is also the only firm in Singapore to be recognized by Facebook.  Throughout the years, KeyReply have successfully deployed, and amassed knowledge bases of intents and variations. Our capabilities spanned across various industries such as Insurance, healthcare, government, and e-commerce, as well as functions such as Human Resource, Sales and Marketing, Customer Care. to accelerate business solutions for future partners.

Our Leadership Team


Peiru Teo | Chief Executive Officer

Peiru has a decade of entrepreneurship experience under the belt, and is a much sought after thought leader. Peiru is a determined, action-oriented and self-driven individual with a rigorous engineering academic background. She also has comprehensive training in the financial industry with Citibank as a management Associate and in a private equity fund, managing projects worth over 4 billion.
As a millennial herself, she leads a team of dynamic and dedicated team of AI and software engineers, as well as automation specialists to build the robotic workforce of the future at KeyReply. 



Max Xu | Chief Technology Officer

Max is most passionate about creating, applying, and sharing machine intelligence to advance causes that benefit the human society. Max graduated from Singapore Management University with a Masters in Advanced Information Systems. 
While he was in university, he has won the 1st prize in Asia Pacific Facebook Hackathon 2014 & 2015. His team also represented APAC in the Global Hackathon Finals and clinched third place in 2014. He also won the Master of Applied Information Systems Merit Award administered by SMU. 

William Wee | Regional Business Director 

William has over 10 years of international partnerships experience, spanning across the public service and private sectors. In the recent years, the focus was on implementing digital transformation solutions for partners in both the large company space as well as in startups in manufacturing, logistics, retail and loyalty.
Before taking on his latest role at KeyReply, he heads the transport business portfolio at NTUC Link, the data and loyalty arm of NTUC Enterprise. William holds an MBA with Manchester Business School as well as an Mechanical Engineering (Design) degree with Nanyang Technological University.
